FEATURES: studio apartment located on the ground floor (energy class G) which can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people (3 + 1) is new, well-kept and above all very clean.
EQUIPMENT: all services such as TV - DVD - PARABLE - ADSL INTERNET WI-FI TIM - CLIMATE - private terrace with table and umbrella and I repeat, PRIVATE PARKING at ZERO METERS in a closed enclosed square. Sarzana (exit A 12 recommended), very beautiful not to be missed, is only 4 km away (FS station for visiting 5 Terre). 25 minutes and you are in Forte dei Marmi for a walk or in Pietrasanta, a beautiful city, or you still prefer Portovenere to the church, always 25 minutes ... you decide ....
