"The perfect place for a big family vacation! The home and property is beautiful, clean, bigger than it seems in the photos and filled with everything you need! The hosts are very easy to deal with. Fishing in Whitestone lake is fire. We caught some massive bass, pike, perch, sunfish and heard there was walleye but didn't have enough time to find them. We visited Full Send Cliff and Deadmans Drop for jumping and it was so much but the kids favorite swimming was right off the dock , lots of jumping and fun in the sun. The lake is also great for tubing, boating, canoeing , kayaking and paddle boarding on non windy days. Overall this was the BEST place for us to host our family vacation, we are so thankful the hosts opened their home and allowed us to spend out week here making amazing memories with 4 generations of family. We hope to be back soon :)"

"To write about all the positives from our stay is to exceed the character limit of this review, so here are the standouts:• Kim's communication: At every point throughout the entire process (and during the stay itself), Kim's speediness and helpfulness was incredibly impressive and made us feel like we were in great hands the entire time. It made a massive difference and really showed how much care she puts into renting out this stunning property. Thank you so much for everything, Kim• Cleanliness: for such an expansive property, everything was wonderfully clean and well taken care of. Upon arrival, we truly felt like we were excitedly fitting ourselves into a clean slate rather than into the state that previous guests left the cottage.• Equipment: I know other guests have commented, but it really is incredibly impressive how much the cottage comes equipped with. The massive stock pot and slow cooker were nice surprises, among all the other items. There was heaps of cupboard space in the kitchen.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. But, it wasn't perfect. A few spaces for improvement"

"First, let me say that the hosts were amazing. Great communication and simple easy instructions for everything. The cottage. Simply breathtaking. Professionally decorated and fantastic views of the lake. A large and very functional kitchen with state of the art appliances. Rooms were very clean and super comfortable. Master bedroom with large en-suite were exactly what we'd hoped for. I've been to Parry Sound many, many times as I have family living there. The location of this beautiful cottage made it easy for me to spend time with them. We'll definitely book this amazing cottage again. Soon."

"A charming place with wonderful hosts. There’s a nice spot to put your canoe in and paddle and lots of things to do locally. The restaurant at the top of the hill is a nice touch. Great food. Once they have done a little bit more work setting up the waterfront and making the property a little bit more accessible. It will be awesome."

"Fabulous views from this simple, rustic cottage. Enjoyed sitting on the dock with built-in benches perched over the lake. Perfect place for a glass of wine at the end of the day. Hosts, Jesse and Emily, were very responsive to our questions and needs. Minor-issue with the toilet was addressed and fixed before we departed. Please be aware that guests must bring their own bed sheets/pillowcases, blankets, bath towels and beach towels. Additionally, there is no “potable” water on the property, meaning that you CANNOT drink any water from the taps in the sinks in the kitchen or bathroom. Fortunately, jugs of drinking water can be purchased nearby. There is a large water cooler unit in the kitchen that still had water left over that met our needs during our stay. Good place for those who are seeking a basic accommodation that is also dog-friendly."

"I visited the cottage along with my friends and we had a great weekend here! The cottage is cosy and good for a small group or a family with kids. It is located right on the lake and that made it really easy to jump in for a swim or do any other water activity. We had a really good time!"
