"I was there because I had a class nearby. The class was ending early so I was checking out early. I saw I was reimbursed for the $100 hold for any damages to the room but the reimbursement for the days not stayed weren't on my card statement. I called the office and was met with aggression. I was hung up on! When I called back I was immediately put on hold and then it was explained why I hadn't seen the credit yet which made no sense. Then she continued to come at me saying the reason she hung...

"We checked in early on Tuesday and got charged $100.00 for early check in. The room (411) didn't have a mini fridge and there wasn't one available. The air conditioner sounded like a helicopter. We walked around bare foot and discovered that the rug was dirty. Upon checking out this morning (Friday, July 17, 2026) and inquiring about taxi service we were told that they only called taxis to take people to the airport, which we didn't need. If we have to go there again we hope everything will be...
