Woke up at 3am to find an ant colony living under the bedside lamp. Bathroom floor towel also covered in ants. I had to leave and it was 4am. Charged my card the room plus two deposits. "Our stay at Hotel Universal was pleasant and convenient. We were in from Calgary for the Canadian Championships for soccer and it was only a 1/2 block away. The staff were helpful and the restaurant was good food. I would recommend this hotel."
