As a prison experience this is a fantastic choice.. The manager is a former inmate and the history itselv is worth it All... Before we arrived, we joked about that the Breakfast would be bread and water.. It was almost like that... Not continental 😊 As a hotel experience it is not the choice...

Spesiell opplevelse å overnatte i et fengsel. Det var litt for varmt å sove der, men senga og madrassen var veldig god. Helt grei enkel frokost. Gøy å gå rundt å se og høre litt historie om stedet. Koselig personale, og bra service. Kan anbefales hvis du ønsker en litt annen opplevelse enn et vanlig hotellrom. Fengselet ligger ikke så langt unna sentrum. Grei spasertur.

Veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme de som jobber der. Spennende konsept og et hotell som ikke er lik andre hoteller. Et stort pluss, gratis parkering og trygt å sette igjen syklene på bilen👍 Dette må være et ypperlig sted å ta med litt store unger og ungdommer på✌️

Veldig gøyalt hotell å være på. Ungene likte seg kjempegodt! Hyggelig personal , rent og pent på rommet. Frokost var enkel som forespeilet i omtale men må trekke ned at det var dårlig utvalg i forhold til cøliaki. Det var også sjelden folk i resepsjonen slik at man måtte vente lenge og vel på at det dukket opp noen. Men ellers veldig bra opphold!

Artig konsept med hotell i gammelt fengsel. Det var rent og pent, og mye morsomt å se på. Reiste med ungdom på 15 som ikke var særlig imponert over toalett på rommet og delt dusj, vil tro yngre barn setter mer pris på det. Frokosten var enkel, som beskrevet. Kunne enkelt vært tatt opp et lite hakk ved å sørge for ferskere brød, og kanskje litt mer frukt tilgjengelig. Alt i alt ok.

Artig å overnatte på ett tidligere fengsel. Litt harde senger og lytt mellom cellene. God frokost. Hyggelig betjening. Eneste jeg har å utsette på var at den lille koselige bakhagen ved resepsjonen var for røykere. Det burde i 2026 vært røykfritt. Og heller lage ett annet område utenfor selve hotellet. Men fint å sitte oppe på terrassen og spise frokosten.

Hva skal en si? Sjarmerende at et gammelt fengsel kan bli hotell. Helt greit rom, men trang og ukomfortabel seng. TV som ikke hadde lineære kanaler, som gjorde at VM-fotball måtte ses på en iPad og en ustabil nettverkslinje. Ikke familievennlig hotell, men fint for soloreisende..
