A DREAM STAY IS WAITING FOR YOU This beautiful house in Arenys de Mar has just been renovated, and has a swimming pool, private gardens and stunning sea views! DON'T IMAGINE A SUNRISE, COME AND ENJOY IT! The location is ideal for enjoying the different areas of the garden typical of the Mediterranean coast. Situated on a small hill, facing the sea, in a very quiet and not very busy residential area. We consider that it is essential to come with your car, but it is not a problem because you will be able to park inside the property. Do we wonder if you are still thinking about it? PANORAMIC ARENYS THE HOUSE PANORAMIC ARENYS Comfortable and bright, with a renovation that enhances the space even more. Entering from the front door we find the entrance hall, two bedrooms and we open the way to the spacious dining room with fireplace. There are large glass doors that give access to a large terrace. This room connects us to the living room with sea views. Open kitchen, very practical and well equipped with a large fridge freezer and new appliances. And a small laundry area with direct access to the outside. 2 double bedrooms with two single beds.1 double room with a double bed and a private complete bathroom with shower.All rooms have storage space and a window overlooking the property or the sea. Another complete bathroom with a shower is available and several outdoor spaces to organize a meal, enjoy a board game, or a moment of reading. Irregular round private pool of 23 square meters, outside toilet, garden areas, hammocks, and a splendid viewpoint where you can spend a thousand hours. SERVICES PANORAMIC ARENYS is exclusive to its guests. ACCESS AND PARKING The access gate from the street is private and manually operated.Ample parking space for several vehicles. PRIVATE GARDEN It is large and has plenty of space to play, run around and enjoy sunny days.There is furniture designed for outdoor dining.The whole garden should be preserved, respecting the green spaces. BBQ This is within the property for the exclusive use of guests. Must be cleaned after each use, ash removed and grill degreased. PRIVATE POOL An irregular round pool of 23 m² There are hammocks for sunbathing.The rest hours of the neighbours, the bathroom clothing, and the use of the pool must be respected. VIEWPOINT Guests can organise meals there.Furniture, crockery, cutlery and table linen are available. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD Just a 2-minute drive away you will find a shopping area with 3 supermarkets, a renowned fast-food restaurant and a cinema with 8 rooms. One of the largest fishing ports in Catalonia is a 5-minute drive away. Overall, we recommend it to all our guests to enjoy some good fresh seafood! Also, you can go to any bar on the beach (our famous XIRI, as we say colloquially) to try a real paella or have something accompanied by some tapas. We will recommend some of the good restaurants in the area and we also will tell you where you can rent jet skis or paddleboards. We are very lucky with our location, close to Barcelona, but with all the advantages of being in a coastal town, enjoying the sea, the quiet atmosphere of the Mediterranean villages and all our variety of gastronomic offers. USEFUL INFORMATION - 50 minutes by car or train to the centre of Barcelona. - 15 minutes walk to the beach of Caldes d'Estrac.- 20 minutes drive to the entrance of the Montnegre and el Corredor Natural Park.- 34 minutes drive from the Montseny Natural Park with its highest peak of 1,700 m. and many tracking possibilities!- April 23 St. George's Day, our Valentine's Day, SANT JORDI: an experience you will not want to miss!- June 23. Services must be booked in advance.- BUS: Day and night services. Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.- TRAIN: The nearest train station is ARENYS DE MAR. The route to Plaça Catalunya lasts between 50 and 55 minutes. BARCELONA The city is about 30-40 minutes by car. Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate within the city. For more information, you can search in your search engine ZBE Barcelona (Zona Baixes Emissions)IMPORTANT: Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the criteria of the DGT’s environmental label. HOUSE RULES - It is not rented to groups under 25 years. - The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys. - Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card. - All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome. - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians. - Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odors and dirt. - Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources. The waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit. IT'S NOT ALLOWED - Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form. - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbors. - Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behavior. - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. - Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies. - Groups of students are not allowed. - No pets allowed.- It is not allowed to charge electric cars using the house power IN CASE OF BREACH OF ANY OF THE RULES, THE APARTMENT MUST BE LEFT
