The receptionist stated that if you pay in CLP we did not have to pay the tax, we asked to pay in CLP but then still added the extra tax. The bar was a fridge with wine and beers. We were not told about the facilities of the hotel had to find out by ourselves. Very disappointing "

"It was central to all facilities and shops, and the staff, especially the main lady on reception was very friendly and helpful and nothing was a big deal. She was lovely, albeit I forget her name , she remembered mine."
