"The young lady at the reception desk was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, she was able to tell us about a couple of restaurants that were in the area for a late lunch. We had tickets for the Verde Valley Railroad and she provided directions to the site. We will definitely stay at the Lux next time we are in the area"
