"We stayed here as a family with two preteens to go to New York City during the day and it was a great option for us. It was definitely clean, I wouldn’t call it spic and span by any means. The location is fabulous for views of the New York City skyline, as well as easy access to the metro to get into New York. There is a CVS nearby, a couple of walking blocks to get anything you might need and I never felt unsafe in this location."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and this property. I stayed back in Feb in the days leading up to the blizzard - Shaq and the team were so incredibly helpful at this time and overall every staff member I met was incredibly thoughtful, considerate and polite. My room was immaculate, obviously the rooms are a little more compact but I never felt without. It is very thoughtfully designed. I enjoyed my stay so much that I’ll be returning in a couple of weeks. The location is perfect walking distance to really anything you may need. I think this will be my go to place on each NYC visit. Thanks again guys, look forward to seeing you soon! "

"The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the staff were super attentive and kind. Location was also very good. I highly recommend!"

"The room and hotel were excellent. The only issue that I had was that in the shower there was a silicone lip that is supposed to hold the water back from going all over the floor. It wasn’t secured or siliconed properly. There was also some mold on and under it. "

"Room wasn’t clean with hotel standards, the installations are very worn out. Good area in FIDI, there is a city bank bike station right in front. No help from staff to get transportation to airport but most of the staff were very nice, specially security guy at night, he was very very polite and friendly. Overall an ok stay, but if you are looking to get nice basic amenities DON’T stay here. I forgot to take pictures but their towels are ripped and smell terrible. I had to buy 2 towels to use during my stay since their white linens sucked. "

"The room was small and clean. My room didn't have a refrigerator and only a tiny closet for my clothes and belongings. The breakfast bagels were extremely fresh although there is a small wait to toast your bagels. It is easy and effective maintaining a comfortable room temperature. Be aware, there is a $30US "destination fee" that wasn't included in the booking. It was a substantial addition such that if I knew of it beforehand I would have booked a stay in a similarly priced hotel mid-town. That fee I was told covered wifi(!), breakfast, and an all you can drink wine bar that had zero attraction for me because of this fee I wouldn't stay there again."

"No complaints , staff members were nice and accommodating for early check in . Having a bar/restaurant and free/discounted access to several city attractions was a nice touch . "
