"Can’t say enough great things here. Suite style room was spacious with two separate rooms, each with a tv so kids could do their thing. Location was perfect, easy to get to everything. Breakfast was excellent, they also gave us some free drinks at happy hour. Modern and very clean. Price was extremely fair. Could not have had a batter stay and will stay here again."

"The room wasn’t what I expected. We had a renovated room on the 11th floor and the walls were white and white sheets… it felt very cold. Not the warm feeling we got from the photos of the other rooms. AC / Heater wasn’t working properly. Staff was great, especially Ron! And the restaurant attached (the Americana) was really nice!"

"I can't recommend The Sono Chicago enough. We arrived early, but they were ready for us. We were personally escorted to our room, which was extremely clean and had the most comfortable bed. Parking was easy on the street. Breakfast was good and plentiful and it was nice having access to water and snacks. We will definitely be staying at this wonderful Old Town location each time we are in town."

"Hotel has the markings of being grand, but needs a renovation in a lot of areas. The biggest issue we had is that the a/c is not adjustable in each room and the building was very warm on the 75 degree day in April. We called the front desk and they did bring us a fan that helped some and we realized we could crack the windows (but didn’t want to do that overnight with the noise of the city). Other than than, it was a standard stay and a convenient location for our plans in the city. "
