Very relaxing, clean, sleot good and enjoyed our fam relaxed time there. Beverley was so good at communication the whole way and everything is as described. "The host lives above the guest's room and sound seems to travel fairly easy around the house. Therefore footsteps and other sounds are easily over heard during the day. Otherwise a beautiful place in a beautiful location."

"Belle cabane très bien située dans un environnement calme et agréable. Beaucoup d'équipements utiles: l'hôte a mis une chaise haute et un lit parapluie à disposition pour notre bébé de 18 mois. Un immense pin abrite la terrasse et le jacuzzi est très agréable après une bonne randonnée dans le Calaveras Big Trees State Park. Nous avons pu voir un ours, une biche et ses faons et des écureuils. Les enfants étaient ravis d'observer les animaux et se sont beaucoup amusés avec les jouets et les petites trouvailles récoltées en forêt au gré de leurs explorations.Néanmoins, des améliorations pourraient être apportées. La cabane manque d'entretien: de nombreuses ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas, une lampe de la chambre était cassée, le barbecue était gras et fonctionnait mal. Une piscine cow-boy semblait abandonnée et le deck aurait besoin d'être entièrement poncé et repeint. Il manquait un parasol pour déjeuner sur la terrasse arrière, exposée au soleil à la mi-journée. Il faudrait ajouter un container anti-intrusion d'animaux pour y stocker les poubelles et le recyclage, à l'entrée de la parcelle, comme toutes les habitations voisines. Enfin, la terrasse mériterait un vrai nettoyage au jet d'eau avant l'arrivée des voyageurs. J'ai dû faire moi-même ce travail ingrat.Dans l'ensemble, je recommande le logement parce que j'y ai passé un excellent moment en famille mais le propriétaire doit investir pour conserver sa note."
