  • Quiet, lake front, spacious house, with HUGE yard and huge brand new deck. Walk to everything! Enjoy your coffee on the deck overlooking the lake, walk to breakfast at the nearby cafe, then hit the amusement park and public beach during the day before walking to the Ritz for live music and dinner. A perfect Okoboji day! Public access boat launch is adjacent to the property and there's plenty of room to park your boat and trailer on the property. The house sits on Upper Gar lake, making East/West Lake Okoboji and Minnewashta easily accessible for all the traditional Okoboji activities. Walking distance to two public beaches, the amusement part, the emporium and great restaurants. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, including one with a comfortable pullout bed. Plenty of space for a family to grill, play yard games and enjoy the lake!
