"The hotel is very central with easy access to transport services, shops and restaurants. The staff were, kind, polite and helpful. The property was very clean and modern, with lovely decor, a bit dark in the rooms but that is minor and ideal for the bright summer evenings. I will definitely stay again."

"We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. We had to grab towels from the cleaners trolley in the corridor. On the first day, when we called the reception they told us cleaning needed to be ‘booked’. Then the second day we called again and they told us they were too busy. Really below standard for their star rating."
