The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, and freezer. There is a separate toilet on the lower level. Upstairs, you'll find another bedroom with a French bed (180cm x 200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The unit boasts two terraces, a small one measuring 22 square meters and a large one spanning 60 square meters, both furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, offering views of the sea, countryside, and resort.
