This is our 5th year booking this particular apartment. Love the large balcony with sun loungers. So convenient to shopping, restaurants etc. Will be back in 2026, without fail. Nothing in relation to apartment. However, unlike previous years there was no Security to stop groups from partying on balconies, in the gardens below the apartment or to break up rowdy behaviour in the evening, 4 nights were uncomfortable due to same. A notice is needed also at the gates advising people to be quite while using internal corridors. The current sign is not visually strong enough. Felt so sorry for permanent residents of complex.

Excellent location. Close to all amenities. 2 min walk to seafront. Apartment overlooking the pool area. How some visitors did not respect the fact that this complex is mainly residential and ignored the request to be quite while travelling through the internal corridors & garden areas, especially during the night. The sound amplifiers due to the design.

Warm welcome!

We were very pleased with this property, the location is superb (in Parque Santiago II), overlooking the pool and away from all the noise of the street. The interior was clean, tidy, with a nice balcony and good Wifi. The complex is perfectly located in Playa de las Americas with restaurants, shops and the beach on the doorstep. There is even a nice bar/restaurant next to the pool with great breakfast and an even better happy hour! We especially appreciated the warm and personal welcome from Carmen and Yannick who took the time to meet us, ensure that the property was okay, and make sure we were comfortable. It was a lovely welcome after a long flight. We would definitely book again.

Tired Apartment

The best thing about this apartment was the balcony and its view. On arrival we were greeted in the street by the agent whom did not seem to know where the apartment was located. When we arrived at the apartment on the surface it seemed OK, however as we had already stayed in two other apartments on the same complex. This one did not meat the same standard. To be fair on entrance the apartment seemed clean however on inspection the floors, kitchen cutlery and shower tray were dirty. In our opinion the apartment is not suitable for elderly or small children. There are steep steps to the first floor, but there is no secure banister. On the wall is an old rope which you have to use to pull yourself up the stairs. This rope is dirty, frayed and very dangerous. The apartment is tiered and we had to fix a number of things in the apartment. The first thing was the shower door which was hanging off. The bathroom door handle which was loose and the fan. Furthermore there is no air conditioning in the apartment and if you go during the summer months this could be a problem as the bedrooms are small. Overall, this apartment needs updating and some of its soft furnishings now need replacing.
