"The hotel is modern and new. Staff are excellent. There is however lots of construction dust from the basement carpark present in the ground floor. Probably needs a see clean."

"The room was nice however the faucets in the bathroom were loose and the shower faucet was broken. The fan in the washroom was also loud/broken. Very little to no hot water. Homeless people were in the main lobby every morning which made it very uncomfortable and doing drugs outside at the main entrance. I would not go back unfortunately."

"The rooms were a little dated, but still very clean. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is a little small and was pretty dirty when we were there (the water seemed murky, there were bandaids floating in it, and the bathroom in the pool area was really dirty. We decided to skip swimming as it was off putting. My only other complaint was the parking - the parking garage was full and they wanted us to park out front in these teeny tiny spaces (it was about 8 inches between the pillar and the car on one side, and 12 inches between the two cars on the other side). They finally found us another parking garage we could park at. It was a block over though. Otherwise it was a great stay."
