Waking up to the sound of the waves will be the daily routine in this house for 6 guests with sea access and private pool in Colonia de Sant Pere.



Do you feel like a refreshing bath in the Mediterranean? Nothing easier than this; a wooden door gives access to the natural rocky beach and the sea. At about 10-15 minutes walking there is a natural sand beach, where you can enjoy nature and tranquility. If you like walking, you can take an excursion to Son Serra de Marina and eat at the Sunshine Bar, where they serve Mediterranean food. In Colonia de Sant Pere, 1 km from the villa, there are several supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. Further north is Betlem and Cala Na Clara, a dreamlike place to go kayaking. A 15-minute drive away is Can Picafort, where you can find supermarkets, gas stations and many leisure options. At Rancho Grande, 10 km from the house, they offer horseback riding excursions.



In the morning you can cool off in the private chlorine pool or grab one of the four loungers and enjoy the first rays of sun. The pool is 1.8 x 3 meters in size and 1.4 meters deep and invites you to take a swim at night, as it is illuminated. After that, a good breakfast and let's go to the beach! Upon returning home, there's nothing better than preparing a barbecue and eating on the porch with views of the pool. For this, there is a built-in barbecue at your disposal. The porch leads to the bright living-dining room with comfortable sofas, satellite television and access to the kitchen, equipped with a gas cooktop, coffee maker, sandwich maker, kettle, pantry with washing machine and much more. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. The first floor offers two bedrooms with views of the sea or the mountains. The master bedroom comes with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, while the second has 2 single beds. If you are traveling with a baby, we provide a crib and a high chair upon request.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival through a Visa / MasterCard card with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
