Renovated barn in SAVOIE SOUTH / SOUTH WEST exposure.
You have a surface of 57 m2 inside. 2 bedrooms with private shower room and toilet, a living room with kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave and grill, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine ...).
The accommodation is on one level for the common part and the lower room (accessible to people with reduced mobility).
Upstairs, under the roofs, is the second bedroom and its adjoining bathroom.
You also have a large terrace (100 m2); partly covered and a shady shelter with garden furniture, barbecue ... (possibility to put the motorcycles of travelers under this shelter). Depending on the season, you can enjoy vegetables or fruits from the orchard! :-)
In case of booking for a couple, only the bottom room will be accessible and made available (unless otherwise requested).

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et le logement est une véritable pépite de confort et de cocooning, une cour et une grange sont à disposition du logement. Nous allions skier sur la station du Super Collet située à 20mn tous les jours qui est une station très agréable.

Stupenda location dove rilassarsi e apprezzare la tranquillità del verde incontaminato. La casa è molto curata sia nell'arredamento che nei particolari. Einfach wunderbar!

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in der es an nichts fehlt. Es ist einfach nur schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir waren mit Motorrädern da, die wir gut unterstellen könnten. Wir haben von den Vermietern schöne Tipps bekommen. Leider spielte das Wetter nicht so mit. Dennoch war es ein fantastischer Urlaub.

Nous avons passé une super séjour dans cette jolie grange très bien décorée et avec tout ce qu'il faut. Nous étions au calme et pas loin des pistes de raquettes, à côté un chemin pour sortir notre chienne et faire de la luge, et des commerces à proximité. Rien à redire sauf qu'on reviendra.

De retour de 2 semaines dans de très beaux paysages et un lieu très agréable et confortable, rénové et décoré avec grand soin et avec goût. Tout y est et même encore plus. Idéal pour le calme et le repos, mais aussi pas loin de Chambéry, Aix les bains et beaucoup d'autres lieux à voir. L'accueil y est très sympathique et plein de gentillesse et de disponibilité. Ce séjour à La Grange d'Alice et René fut un réel plaisir le logement est magnifique et décoré avec goût. tout est présent pour passer un merveilleux séjour . plein de petites attentions et très bien équipé . L'endroit est vraiment magnifique et la grange a été rénovée avec soin . ce logement est vraiment très chaleureux, nos enfants ont adoré la mezzanine style vieux grenier!! Our family went skiing to France Alps in the middle of February 2017 and stayed in this apartment. Owners were extremely helpful and friendly, they showed us all facilities in the house and gave us advises with ski resorts. This stylish, newly build apartment was very clean, and had all modern amenities, also with nice view through the window and cozy front yard. We enjoyed our holiday it felt relaxing and comfortable. Would highly recommend it.
