Beach is amazing. Resturant down at the beach is amazing. Pool is good. Breakfast was good. The rooms are VERY outdated and in desperate need of repairs and updating throughout.
The room was amazing - clean, large washrooms, big closets and an amazing balcony looking out onto the pool and ocean. The property is stunning with many areas to enjoy from Tennis and Padel courts, to pool cabanas, a great breakfast and steps from a public beach with the most gorgeous water for swimming. The onsite restaurant was fantastic for lunches by the pool or fancier dinners. The hotel staff were great and helpful in booking taxis into town (as it was too far to walk) and even helped us to make some dinner reservations. This place exceeded our expectations!
A beautiful property with one notable service flaw. During our two-night stay, we loved the hotel's prime location. Having a private beach just a three-minute walk away is incredibly convenient, and both the swimming pool and the breakfast spread are top-notch. That said, the room service left a lot to be desired. It took the staff two days just to bring us a clothes steamer, which was an irritating oversight. A great hotel overall, but they need to tighten up their guest requests.
I was very unsure about booking this hotel due to some bad reviews I read but I’m very glad I booked it! We have a lovely 5 night stay here, rooms are dated and bed is not very comfortable but bathroom was modern and the room had a lovely balcony overlooking the sea, waking up watching the boats and the sunrise over the sea every morning was truly amazing! The hotel has a great pool area lots of space to relax and food and drinks were great too! The best part of this hotel was access to the beach which was a stunning small beach with crystal clear waters when we went end of September. The hotel itself is abit far out from Porto cervo but you can still walk it just takes awhile. Not many food option around to probably wouldn’t stay here if you want easy food access. But apart from that this hotel was a great price considering the area it’s in. I would recommend this hotel for sure! Just keep in mind you’ll need a car to get places.
The ground were beautiful and the staff were very helpful. This is a hidden gem tucked away in Porto Cervo. The sea view room is small but the bathroom is big. The room was clean, and the location is perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay. The grounds are stunning, and so are the views. I had a very pleasant experience here and can’t wait to return to this spot in Sardegna.
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Porto Cervo! The property is absolutely beautiful - lush green hotel with direct beach access and big beautiful pool. We stayed at the suite overlooking the ocean - it was a spacious one bedroom with a large balcony and amazing bathroom. Despite the hot weather outside, AC was making our rooms cool and cozy. Special appreciation to the beach club - we really enjoyed the soft loungers in the shade and a great restaurant. Hotel is located perfectly close to Porto cervo and surrounded by beautiful nature. Staff was courteous and helpful, Romina and Luca - thank you for your help :) Few things to note: WiFi is not very strong, so don’t plan to work from the hotel. Food is large portions, taste was ok but you are so close to many restaurants in Porto Cervo so it doesn’t matter. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Porto Cervo!
Amazing breakfast selection. Fresh fruit was so delicious the scrambled eggs cooked perfectly .
Easy parking.
Comfy pods around the pool if you can get one.
Gardens just beautiful
If you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday this is the place
Great service especially the Manager Luca who looked after us very well and took care of any concerns. The beach is very close to the property and has the best views in Porto cervo! The food in the beach club is excellent and the pool bar service. The padel and tennis is also a great amenity that’s included! Definitely recommend!
Lovely hotel with a beautiful view. Friendly staff ❤️
Note that the restaurants, shops and village are not walking distance - 70 eur return by taxi. Great if you have a car, expensive if you don’t.

Older hotel but, very well run with great amenities. This property should be updated for sure. It has a terrific pool, beach access, nice gym with good equipment, spa with great technicians. The rooms are old but have nice space and the air conditioning was working very well. It's not particularly close to downtown Porto Cervo but, you can drive in a bit and walk the rest of the way. I'd give it a 5 star if they updated the place. I'm sure it would be worth it! Terrific service.
Very nice property with multiple places to relax with cabanas, pools, swings, bar and access to the beach.
The biggest issue is the lack of food options, especially for vegetarians. They have set menu for lunch and dinner with 2 non-vegetarian and 1 vegetarian options. Absolutely nothing worth eating in the vegetarian option either for lunch or dinner.
Also, driving to few restaurants nearby is a pain because of lack of parking everywhere. Better bring food with you if staying in the property if staying for a day. If staying longer, it is a real issue.
Limited parking in the property could be an issue when coming in high season.
Best place to stay in Porto Cervo! Absolutely gorgeous property full of flowers, butterflies, turquoise waters and Mediterranean charm. Beautiful pool and right on the beach. Hotel staff was so kind. Fresh breakfast every day was absolutely delicious! Hotel bar and restaurant had great food too. Perfect comfortable rooms. Exceptional concierge services to help book excursions and make sure you have the best trip in Sardinia!!! Short walk into town to shop and walk to restaurants. Highly recommend!
We really appreciate the concierge and front desk staff being so friendly and helpful! it made our trip so special and they had the best suggestions for us for outings and tours and helping us get around the area without a car. We loved every second of our trip! Thank you for an amazing experience and we can't wait to be back!!!
Reception desk was very pleasant. A big shout out to Romina, Yana, Madelena and the others to make my trip so enjoyable. They were brilliant. The bar tenders were always smiling and happy to serve. The staff at the breakfast room were so efficient and professional. Breakfast was brilliant. The food at the beach club was awesome. The toiletries provided in the bathroom and tea and coffee amenities in room the room were all available and more than good. Rooms are clean. Sea view is gorgeous. Absolutely stunning property. The beach is paradise. The resort has lovely chill out cabanas all over the property. Would like to definitely come back.
Had a great stay here, everything was phenomenal especially the beach being such a short walk away, the dining options (and short walk outside the hotel to some great restaurants) and the cleanliness of the hotel. Looking forward to coming back again
The staff at the grand hotel were very helpful. They accommodated all of our wishes and helped us throughout. The pool bar staff are lovely and work really hard. Only criticism was our last lunch around the pool bar/restaurant was not good every other time it had been good. Perhaps an off day. The staff seemed very busy and run off their feet so the reflection is on the kitchen. In hindsight we should have refused to pay for the food and sent it back, Again the hotel is amazing and staff wonderful one bad lunch won’t put me off returning. Warning cabs in the area are needed or hire a car the cabs are very expensive for short journeys and amazingly they charge €10 more for a night time journey. The hotel was clean and quiet. It would be amazing if they had some entertainment a couple of evenings a week around the pool area. Again I would definitely return. Sardinia is beautiful however not much happening in Porto cervo.
The location of Hotel was fantastic, offering both sea , an amazing swimming pool, and direct access to the seaside. However, the room was a bit small and felt outdated. A renovation would greatly enhance the experience.

Good spot. Okay standard. Not exclusive.
It was a good spot to stay in, but for the price we paid we also expect a pretty high standard. The standard was fine, but we were not impressed by the hotel.
Pro’s; private parking spot right in front of our room. Good aircon. Private patio. Cute beach below the hotel.
Con’s; Beach beds not included. Hotel breakfast felt very basic and over crowded. Pool felt like a resort kids pool.
