Pleasant studio cabin with direct access to the beach, facing due south. On the first floor of a quiet residence, the apartment features a "cabin bedroom" area at the entrance, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a sofa bed, and a terrace. Just steps from the beach and Fogeo Park, where you'll find games, a sailing club, an equestrian center, and coastal paths, and a few minutes' walk from Port du Crouesty with its shops and restaurants. The studio comprises a cabin entrance with a double bed (Bultex mattress), a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen (cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster) opening onto the living room with a comfortable sofa bed leading to the terrace with access to the residence's communal park, which provides direct access to the swimming pool and the beach. You have access to the residence's shared outdoor parking. Guests have access to the entire accommodation. Elise will be present to hand over the keys upon arrival and departure; she will contact you 7 days before your stay to best organize your arrival. The swimming pool is open from June 15th to September 15th. Additional services: (please remember to order in advance) Linen is not provided. You can rent linen from the concierge or bring your own: 2 double beds 140x200 cm. Bed linen kit: €23 per set. Towel kit (1 small + 1 large + 1 bath mat): €12. End-of-stay cleaning is not included: €50, or you can clean it yourself. The apartment does not have a WIFI connection. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is located: - 2 minutes walk from the Miramar La Cigale thalassotherapy center, - 5 minutes walk from Fogeo beach and the nautical club, - 5 minutes walk from the Port du Crouesty, - 1.2km from the town of Arzon, and its shops, - 2.5km from the "La locomotive" cinema, - 3km from the Port-Navalo pier to take you to the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan and the open sea (Houat, Hoëdic, and Belle-île).
