"This is a very comfortable cabin with the most well-stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental property. It had every tool we could've wanted, and even very sharp knives. The view of the lake is beautiful. There is a short walk down to the lake which might be difficult if guests had mobility problems, but we weren't troubled by that. We fished every day without much success; others didn't seem to be catching anything either. It's a big lake and might take a while to learn the best spots. The host was very responsive to our questions as we planned for the visit."

"Beautiful property overlooking lake. Peaceful. Very clean. Incredibly well stocked with extra towels, linens, everything for the kitchen. The deck was a great place to relax for dinner. The grill area, which we used twice was set up as a great hangout place. Dave is an wonderful host and very responsive. 10 minutes from Crane Lake Visitors Center. Just under and hour from Ash Lake Visitor Center. This was a great location. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Our party of 8, with a mix of adults and older teens (ages 16–20), stayed here for a long weekend of ATV riding. Overall, the cabin worked well for our group.The location is convenient for accessing the ATV trails, though you'll need to ride a short distance on the County Road before connecting to the trail system. The cabin sits right on the lake with a large yard for yard games and a campfire and is just down the road from the public swimming beach, which was a nice bonus. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a full day of riding, and the sunsets over the lake were beautiful. Parking for two larger trucks with trailers was manageable, although one of us used the neighboring public boat landing for additional parking.Overall, the cabin met our needs and was a good value for our group. The only downsides were that the beds weren't the most comfortable—I recommend bringing your own pillows and perhaps an extra blanket if you prefer a cozier night's sleep—and the frequent train passes throughout the night. If you're a light sleeper, the train noise may make it difficult to get a good night's rest."

" We had an amazing stay! The cabin was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The peaceful location made it even more enjoyable. Our host was wonderful and made everything so easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
