Really like this hotel. Nice staff! Pretty good location. Starbucks nearby and convenience store. Advice - if you need shuttle TO the airport, call early to reserve a spot!

My 7 yr old daughter loved the room. The art work on the wall in the bathroom was a unique and creative touch. The staff was very pleasant and may I add very beautiful. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

I booked a 2 night stay due to weather conditions in the area. The hallways were very noisy. The $9 breakfast ended at 930am. The ceiling in my room appeared to be being patched as it had round gray circles randomly all around it. The shower had zero pressure and was luke warm at best.

I booked my stay and when I went to check in at 9pm, I was told they did not have a room for me so I had no place to go. And the woman behind the desk was so casual about it. Didn't even feel bad one bit. A little caring would go along way!

My only question was there was a sign on the front desk that said all pet visitors receive a welcome gift bag. None of the staff mentioned anything about it nor offered. We did not bring it up but it would have been nice if they offered if indeed there is a welcome bag for pets. We did check in our dog during check in.
