Best Western Greensboro Coliseum Inn

"Parking was adequate. The staff was cordial. We were self sufficient, so not much need for assistance. We were in room 126. Leading to the room the hallway carpet was absolutely disgusting! It was soiled and very visible with debris. Then we enter the room. Seems nice enough. NOT!! I laid my phone down on a table and I felt something sticky. I immediately went to the bathroom and got a hand towel. I wiped the furniture down. What came off looked like poop. I left the “soiled” hand towel on the side of the bathtub. We for sure didn’t take our shoes off or take a shower. This place deserves much less than a 3.5. Shame on me for not researching better. However, this location, Greensboro Coliseum, does not uphold the Best Western reputation!!! I would only recommend this location - well not to anyone."

"This hotel is huge and can be a bit overwhelming when you go in, but there is plenty of staff there to help! The staff is excellent!!! We felt safe while there because there’s always someone walking around checking on things. The room was nice, not big but plenty of room for us. (Husband, teen, and myself). This is our second time staying here, it’s our go to for when in Greensboro."

"The older air conditioner unit in my first room so so noisy that I could not sleep ( it was quite loud), I had arrived late and unpacked, well after midnight, and was given another room when I notified the desk the next morning: however, I should have been reimbursed for the miserable night but this was refused."
