Quick replies to all my questions, well-lit for evening arrival, well-supplied--even though I had no intention of cooking, there was a full-size stove!
The Bungalow was super clean and looked just like the pictures. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to downtown Asheville. The host was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay!
The bungalow was so cute, very clean, and close to downtown but far enough out that you won’t hear lots of noise at night. Firewood and starter was provided!! I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed 9 nights here, and it was perfect to use as our little home base. The kitchen was very nice to have and use. Everything was in good condition, and we never had to contact the hosts except for getting initial access straightened out. Had a great time, would do it again.

Reviewer Comments:
My husband and I stayed at this property for our 10yr anniversary. It is a lovely bungalow located in the back of the rental home property. The yard is kept and and its'walkway up to the bungalow has a fire-pit with laidback lounge chairs. It has a cute porch with bistro like table and chairs. Once inside, we noticed it came equipped with everything we would need. It was as open and spacious as any small condo or hotel for two. However the couch is a double pull out if four people were to stay. The kitchen and bathroom had nice high-end finishing touches. I felt that everything was clean. The bed slept great.Let me say that we did not watch much TV but we did watch a comedy romance the first night. The TV is in an odd place however with my handy husband that was not an issue. Someone else may have a hard time with it staying alone. The drive to town and other scenic places are just minutes away. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would without a doubt recommend this neat bungalow to others.

It was cute, clean, and close to everything!
Super cute & comfortable bungalow. Close enough to town to explore downtown Asheville without being stuck in the traffic. Far enough away to be peaceful and explore nature.
Would stay here again!

25th anniversary
It was a great little place ! Mix up in reservations and lost a night ! But ok
Looks like its a house on verbo ,until u figure out it's in back yard of house !
My partner and I stayed at this property for 11 days. The first half of our stay was smooth—check-in was easy, and the place looked and smelled very clean. Trees and bushes around the windows gave privacy while still letting in natural light. The studio was stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths, and the full kitchen with generous counter space was a huge plus. The dishwasher didn’t work at first, but the hosts fixed it within hours. Both it and the laundry machines were super quiet—great for sleeping. There was also a big stack of firewood in the backyard, and we enjoyed a peaceful night by the fire listening to cicadas. Host communication was fast—questions were answered within minutes. The second half of the stay wasn’t ideal due to frequent WiFi issues. Though the hosts helped at first, our second message went unanswered for 4 days. We weren’t using WiFi constantly, but it often glitched or didn’t work when we did. Troubleshooting during vacation was frustrating. The owner gave us a partial refund, which helped, but if you need reliable internet, this might not be the best fit.One heads-up: there’s another rental on the property that allows dogs. The last guests staying didn’t clean up after theirs, and we had to watch our step in the grass, especially at night.

Great property... but you'll have neighbors
We enjoyed the bungalow it was plenty comfortable, but we weren't made aware that there was a main house that was also occupied. Our impression was that we'd have complete access to the fire pit, there wasn't any indication that we'd have to share this with the other occupants. Put a damper on our weekend as we'd planned to use it multiple nights, but ended up having to coordinate with the other occupants to use the fire pit.
In addition, neighbors did not listen to house rules. They started a fire at 4am, were quite loud, and approached the bungalow at such a close range that it made the motion sensor lights go off. This became a security issue.
Manager did seem to take our complaint about this seriously, to his credit, but really wish we'd have known about our neighbors.
