This is a clean and maintained property for the traveler tired and need of a place to rest. ALSO great value. A plus? Love the pizza joint steps away next door for a great meal before retiring for the night.

I thought this was a great motel. It's across the street from SOU and easy walking to a grocery store (next door) and restaurants. It's also an easy drive to the center of town for Shakespear Festival activities. It was a great place to stay at a fraction of the price of the center of town. It is a motel, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly, but it was clean and seemed well kept. I would definitely stay here again.

The facility fit the needs that we required on this trip. One small challenge, one of the electrical outlets that had a lamp plugged into it was not working. But that’s OK. Everything was clean and satisfactory for our needs like I said I will definitely use them again on my next trip.

The Timbers Inn and Suites was perfect for our one night stay in Ashland. Our room had a small kitchenette, but was stocked with everything we needed. The room was small but for a one night stay it didn't matter. The staff was friendly. The room was clean (without counting a few cobwebs and a spider). Reasonably priced and close to downtown, it was a solid deal.

Property was small, quaint…very clean; gal in front office was very pleasant & helpful; outdoor pool was very nice & clean…would definitely stay there again…only complaint was other guests who were very loud talking & laughing outside rooms very late at night & early in morning.

overall good value for money. +Pet friendly with lower fees than other places (tho' why they charge less for small dogs vs large...?!). clean room, decent bed (a little soft). This was such a cute retro hotel. Perfect for a one night stop. It had the best pizza place right next door and a grocery store within walking distance. We had our dog and they had a perfect little dog area too right outside of the animal friendly room.
