"The room was very dusty we need to turn up fridge upon pulling out little the dust was months thick it was very disgusting. There was hair ball and some dirt in the bed under the pullback sheets. Bathroom floor was not cleaned in areas. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, parking was fine but we was back in early otherwise there might been an issue seemed pretty full. They need work on cleaning!"

"Stayed 3 nights. The property is very clean and they go through every morning and sweep any trash up in the parking lot and property. Check in and check out was easy and staff was very friendly. Room was very clean! Rooms do not have a coffee pot but they do offer coffee in the lobby. Room had microwave and mini fridge which both worked great! Tv was easy to use with the guide. It’s in a very nice shopping complex with lots of other hotels, restaurants and stores around. We were there for a cheer comp at the convention center and it was about 16-20 minutes away but very easy to get to from hotel with gps. If ever back in Columbus I will definitely book and stay there again! Also pet friendly which was great cause I take my dog everywhere. "

"We didn't get to the breakfast buffet until shortly before it was ending so our selections were limited because they were no longer refilling empty or near empty items."

"Room price reflected no breakfast/coffee etc. All i wanted was a hot bath after a long work day and they put me in a handicap room with a shower chair, lol. The desk vlerk needs to know not to announce the room number (write it down) for a female traveling alone for safety reasons. This hotel was 9k for the price, but definitely needs some upgrades."
