You'll love this single-story cottage with its 150 m² exterior, featuring a terrace with a barbecue; the beach is just a 5-minute walk away.

This property is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service dedicated to its guests.

​​​​​​​You’ll enter through the property’s courtyard, where you can park your car.

The garden also features a small terrace where you can enjoy a meal outdoors while staying sheltered.

You’ll enter the cottage through the living area, which features a sofa and TV, as well as a table and chairs for dining.

The kitchen opens onto the living area:

You’ll find the first bedroom with a double bed measuring 140x190 cm.

The second bedroom has two bunk beds, suitable for 2 children. Please note that the bedroom is quite small, approximately 7 m².

You can park a vehicle on the property, but this significantly reduces the outdoor space. At the back of the house, you’ll find a bike shed and a locked storage shed with a padlock.

Included: Wi-Fi, linens (towels, dish towels, bath mats, sheets). A welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, a sponge, and a trash bag will be waiting for you in the unit. For the rest of your stay, we’ll leave it up to you to purchase whatever you need.

You’ll have access to the entire property and all its amenities.
You will receive a set of keys.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.

Small pets are allowed if they are well-behaved and house-trained.

Check-in can be done independently using the key box.

Asnelles is a small town located in the Calvados department, in Normandy, France. It is best known for its beautiful sandy beach and its history tied to the Allied landings during World War II.

As for activities, Asnelles Beach is a popular spot for swimming, relaxing, and water sports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing. Visitors can enjoy the calm waters and sandy shores for walking, swimming, or simply relaxing.

The history of the Allied landings is also very much alive in Asnelles. You can visit the America Gold Beach Museum to learn more about the events that took place on this beach on June 6, 1944. The museum displays artifacts and equipment used by soldiers during the landings.

As for shops, Asnelles offers a few options to meet the needs of visitors and residents alike. You’ll find restaurants serving traditional Norman dishes, crêperies, cafés, and bars where you can eat and relax.

There are also a few small local shops, such as grocery stores, bakeries, and souvenir shops, where you can buy regional products or items related to the area’s history. A Carrefour Contact at the entrance to town is also a great place to do your shopping.

Asnelles is located between Arromanches-les-Bains and Courseulles-sur-Mer, a few kilometers from Bayeux.

The beach is less than a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.
