This second-floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features town and mountain views. Durant Condos are located near the downtown core, only two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola. Condo amenities include floor-to-ceiling windows, formal dining for six, a breakfast bar that seats four, and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. The flexible bedding arrangement is ideal for families or groups of friends. This condo also has an in-unit washer and dryer.
Please note the Durant property does not have an elevator; guests will access this second-floor condo via stairs.
