Basic simple stay, safe, good location walking distance of most things. Power went out for a night, and loud music for two nights.

Did the job for 2 nights but thats about it. The room was a good size and air con worked well but i could literally hear everything being said and done in the room next door. There isnt much around the hotel although the taxi’s are pretty cheap. Overall if on a budget and only staying 1-2 nights it is ok aslong as you have ear plugs!

Dans l'ensemble un bon hôtel avec le confort dont on a besoin, j'ai re réservé a plusieurs reprises, tout était parfait, sauf une jeune femme a l'accueil la nuit qui n'a pas apprécié se faire réveiller lorsque j'ai demandé des boissons qu'ils vendent dans le frigo et qu'elle m'a répondu qu'il ne faut pas descendre la nuit et de retourner dormir .... J'ai trouvé ça étonnant comme réponse, mais rassurez vous c'est la seule personne de l'hôtel qui s'est comporté ainsi , le reste était parfait . ( Sur un séjour de 15j il y a eu une coupure d'eau chaude mais ils ont prévenu et solutionné le problème dans la journée.)

Très bon standing au vu du prix très bas a Astana

L'hôtel est propre , le personnel respecte les panneaux "ne pas déranger"/ "svp faites le ménage" , j'ai donc prolongé mon séjour au seins de cet établissement étant agréablement surpris du confort au vu du prix très bas a Astana . Un petit frigo est a disposition, une bouilloire deux thés, brosses à dents et dentifrice , des chaussons jetables, le tout renouvelé quotidiennement.
