"Arrived unable to find the caravan No details other then a code to put in the lock box we asked at the main reception they couldn't help .Took around 1 and a half hours to locate the caravan. The sitting area and kitchen facilities were fine but 1 of my children was unable to sleep on the top bunk as it was unstable. The bathroom wasn't that clean shower and on the wall near the toilet."
