Perfect place for a family of four. The area has some convenience stores but not many restaurants etc. However the Metro station is just across the road so it doesn’t take long to get to other areas with good bars and restaurants. Great view of the Parthenon!

We loved our 8-night stay at Athens Heartbeat! It was very convenient to be across the street from the metro, while we also enjoyed walking from the neighborhood to the Acropolis area and other sites. A favorite experience was the three times we walked up Philopappos Hill for sunset. There's also a bus nearby that goes to the beach in 30 minutes, although we didn't make it this time. Restaurants and coffee are also good and plentiful in the area. Highly recommend this apartment for an Athens base, with lots of space to relax and spread out between sightseeing bouts.

The owner was an excellent host! They were communicative before, during and after our stay. The apartment was a perfect size for our family of 4. We were able to easily walk to all the big attractions, while not having to be in the middle of everyone. We loved the experience of living in an apartment vs a hotel, as it felt like we were more in the culture. The elevator is a trip! (At least to us Americans). We had a great time exploring the city knowing we had a temporary home to come ack to every night.

Our check in time was confirmed to be early. until we got there and the place was not cleaned we had to check in late instead. Once we did finally get into the property, everything was great. The baggage check next-door was extremely expensive and I didn’t feel the guy was very honest. I would find another place to store my bags. Maria was easy to communicate with and was very helpful with scheduling transportation, which was excellent.

Very happy with our stay. The apartment was well-appointed, comfortable, clean and perfectly located for our needs, although next to a very busy road with lots of fumes and noise. It was handy to have the metro station just opposite. We arrived late at night and the arrangements for access and self check-in were very helpfully communicated. To improve, it would have been helpful to have some basic complementary provisions in the kitchen such as bottled water, and maybe something to give the kids breakfast in the morning such as a packet of croissants, dry toast and jam, etc. Also, the apartment has a washing machine but it wouldn't be worth buying a packet/bottle of washing detergent for a two night stay; perhaps there could be a small bottle of washing liquid provided?

Fab location!

We have just returned from a 5night stay in this apartment. Check in instructions were clear and communication was good. We used the taxi transfer on offer and our drivers were prompt and friendly. The apartment was a little home from home! Clean and quiet and in the best location for walking to all the main attractions and sights. We would highly recommend a stay here! Ein Traum am Fuße der Akropolis

Super gelegen, Metro, Tram und Bus, alles vor der Tür. Der Weg bis zur Akropolis nur eine Metrostation entfernt. Zum Strand mit der Tram 30 Min. Das Apartment sehr sauber und ruhig, trotz den 12 spurigen Straße. Jederzeit wieder und sehr empfehlenswert.
