The Space:

Welcome to our stylish and eco-friendly one-bedroom apartment, newly opened in May 2017, and thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and character. Perfect for couples, small families, or friends, the apartment can accommodate up to four guests.



The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the living room includes a high-quality sofa bed—both fitted with Coco-Mat mattresses made from natural materials for a truly restful sleep. The space is filled with natural light and has a view of a quiet street and even a glimpse of the Acropolis, adding a special Athenian touch to your stay.



You’ll have everything you need to feel at home, including a fully equipped kitchenette, a clean and modern bathroom, and thoughtful extras like premium bed linens, soft towels, and quality pillows.

Within just 550 meters, you can visit the Socrates Prison, the Sanctuary of Dionysus Eleuthereus, and the Roman Cistern—fascinating sites steeped in ancient history. A short 5–7 minute stroll also takes you to the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, the Ilias Lalaounis Jewelry Museum, and the Museum of Contemporary Art.
