NO COMMUNCATION! Phone numbers don’t work.
Horrible Communication with Bluemotion and hotels.com. Had to beg for the virual code to get in the apartment. None of their listed phone numbers worked. If you don’t WhatsApp, you are SOL. We never received an email or any communication from hotels or Bluemotion. After a few frustrating hours, we finally got in touch with Bluemotion through WhatsApp. The door to get in the building was very difficult to unlock and the apartment wasn’t labeled. Bluemotion admitted that they knew this. We will never stay here again because of the lack of communication.
Also, don’t get there before 3:30pm and you have to check out at 10am which is ridiculous.
