Cozy and newly refurnished house with wooden floors. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room and the Kitchen. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with king size bed and the main bathroom. On 2nd floor 1 more bedroom with 1/2 bathroom and a big terrace.2 km from famous beach YABANAKI-VARKIZA !
In 5 minutes driving you can enjoy another beach at Vouliagmeni or visit Glyfada, which is plenty of restaurants and bars. Ideal for windsurfers and sea athletes! (i am a windsurfer). Ideal for families!

Nikolaos and his family made us feel at home 🏡 They were extremely helpful in taking us to show us where to do groceries the bus taxis restaurants etc. so that we could feel a sense of independence and confidence to get around . The accommodations are very clean modern not far from the beach quiet neighbourhood and safe My favourite spot in the villa Is the terrace off of the top room featured in the picture so relaxing so beautiful definitely coming back to visit . Thank you ✅💯🇬🇷💎💋Nikolaos Nik Nikolaos ✅🇬🇷❤🇨🇦

We liked this house in the near of Athens very much. The owner, Nikos, is very friendly and showed the area of Vari and Vouliagmeni to get a better orientation there. This was very helpfull for us. If we are again in Athens before or after a cruise we would book his house again. Thank you very much, Nikos.
