Don't stay at this place! We tried to stay for one night in August, and... 1. It's a no-staff hotel, so there's no desk or live bodies; 2. They never sent us the check-in instructions; 3. They were supposed to shuttle us from the airport, the driver never arrived. We had to take a taxi; 4. At the address, there were no signs or instructions, indeed there was no indication that this was the right place; 5. We tried to address this both with the hotel and with Expedia; they claimed that our stay was fine, and that was good enough for Expedia!?! Needless to say, Expedia gets zero stars, and we won't ever use them again.

Everything was perfect, the room. It was so big for just one person but I loved it. The balcony was insane. I wish it wasn’t a little cold and I wasn’t exhausted because I would have loved to sit outside and watch the city. Location was excellent. Only reason I gave staff 4/5 stars, one of the cleaning ladies was soo RUDE. She saw that I was struggling with the key pad and she just watched me while she was on my phone. Then she had the nerve to slam it shut and was like “bye” and went back inside. What did she think I was gonna do, steal the keys. She just watched me like a hawk while not being helpful. CLEANING STAFF 0/5. But this was just one person. Everything else was excellent! Oh shuttle driver guy was super super nice!! 10/10 for him, even drove me around to show me the area before dropping me off.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable, the walls very thin as I could hear someone coughing next door. I also paid for 3 guests and arranged in advance with a confirmation of our transfer to airport. They notified us of a different pick up time and when I told them that was not the time they realized the mistake and gave us an earlier pick up time. However, when we arrived downstairs for the transfer they only said that we were reserved for 2 people and left us to find quick transportation to the airport which caused a lot of anxiety. They wrote that they were sorry for the mistake and that they would pay for our out of pocket transfer. They have not done this. It is not worth the price to stay here!

The place was a complete DUMP. It's an office building turned into a hotel. They put a bed in an office. Very cold and creepy. Located in a dirty neighborhood far from the airport. Stay anywhere but this place. KEEP AWAY.

This was a very weird property- the check in was difficult and we did not receive the instructions before arriving late at night. The signage is not very clear for the building and there are signs saying “not GK suites” on certain doors as this must be an issue for others. The room was very weird and was like a repurposed office building and not a hotel. The twin beds were cots and not full beds- the shower is out in the open offering no privacy from the main kitchen/room.

We stayed overnight before leaving Athens. Room was clean, check in was easy and the location is close to the airport. This location is ideal for overnight layovers etc. it's quite far from the metro if you're looking to access the city from here.

This property was great - super quiet and the suite I got was huge with a kitchenette and a rooftop terrace. It is also close to the airport and a highlight was the free airport shuttle. I had a pick up at 5am and the driver arrived right on time and was very professional. However, I didn't realize it was a self-checkin property, and when they sent the directions at access codes just 45 minutes before my check-in time through Expedia messages, I was getting my bags at baggage claim at the Athens airport where the airport wifi does not work well and I did not have cell phone signal. I booked the stay less than 48 hours in advance so I didn't realize that you needed to give them 48 hour notice to arrange the free airport shuttle. I took a taxi, but because I hadn't received the check-in instructions, I didn't know what to do. The taxi driver helped me call GK and the staff was very helpful. However, the taxi driver demanded that I pay him 100 euros for helping me. It was a very stressful experience. I stayed at a different self check-in airport transit on my way home, and that property sent an Expedia message, a text, a WhatsApp message and an email with the check-in details. When you arrive, they also have a sign out front with the Wifi login so that you can get online and check for check-in details to be on the safe side. These are some additional suggestions to help reduce stress for foreign customers.

The shuttle drive was very helpful. No paper towels or towels to dry dishes. Shower door came off of hinges and could not be put back on. Overhead lighting some were out. Place looked like a dormitory, very unfriendly with little furniture. The price was high for such a dismal place.

There is no front desk, and you enter the property yourself using the instructions provided by the staff. It is a unique and interesting way to enter! At first, I struggled to figure out how far to turn the key in the dark, but once I got used to it, it was easy. The property is clean and spacious. We used an extra bed, but one of its legs was apparently not properly positioned, and the bed suddenly tilted once. Fortunately, there were no further problems while sleeping. The property offers free airport transfers, either by taxi or shared shuttle. Shared shuttles may arrive about 10 minutes late because they may pick up guests from other hotels first. Since they have your flight details, there should be enough time to catch your flight, so there is no need to worry. Some guests whose pickup was scheduled 30 minutes before ours were also waiting, but their taxi had not arrived by the time we left. It may simply have been slightly delayed, so I recommend allowing some extra time. The staff are very kind and helpful, and the Expedia chat is very useful for communication. There is a Greek grill restaurant and a market nearby that are open until late, so finding food at night is easy. We were a little nervous while waiting for the taxi, but apart from that, we had no complaints. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay!

I'd give this place minus 10 stars if I could. This situation is not a hotel/motel. I really don't know what it is in fact, because myself, my partner, nor local Athenian Greeks, could reach anyone with the phone number available. The phone number went to nothing. Therefore, I spent 40 Euros to get to this supposed place and back to the airport via a taxi. My partner and I spent the night in the airport until our plane took off at 6am. I blame Expedia for this situation also. There is no way to contact them. Can't find a phone number and not even a way to text/chat with them. Expedia shouldn't even have this 'situation' on their site, especially after I saw all the reviews. My credit card company will be contacted to dispute this charge, I expect a full reimbursement from Expedia for this 'situation', along with a reimbursement of 40 Euros to cover my cab fare. Expedia can contact me if they like.

Read the check in email carefully well before you get there. No signage on the building, so we weren't sure if we had the correct address, it didn't look like a hotel from the outside. It was contact-less check-in for this hotel suite. We needed to get an email from them, and fill out forms online, including inputting our passport numbers, into the online form, then we received check-in instructions. The king bed & one of the twins were comfortable, but the second twin promised was a folding seat which was not able to be slept in, way to uneven with the metal supports poking through the stuffing. The bathroom and shower were great. They were able to pick us up at 5am to catch our flight out of the country.

Really convenient location! There’s a convenience store downstairs, plenty of great restaurants nearby, and taxis are easy to find. The area can be a little noisy at night because of the nearby bars, but the property is just far enough away that it wasn’t a big issue. The kitchen is functional for something quick like ramen, and the washer worked great. I’d definitely stay here again when I visit.

This place should not be listed on Expedia. This is an office building in the middle of local small town. They have crated a make shift lodging. Except for the shuttle service and close proximity to the airport, everything is weird about this place. Doors squeak, beds very uncomfortable, hardly anybody else living in this complex and we found only one other family who were staying in the adjacent apartment. We could hear their voice clearly in night. AC is central and also lights are all in ceiling like office with single switch. AC was very effective but loud. I would rather have Expedia remove this place from listing. I won’t recommend for family at all. Communication is also through online messaging only, no staff on the property. I would appreciate the communication very clear and prompt though.

Wanted a king bed, near the airport with free airport transfer so we could cure our jet lag before our cruise. And we got that. A/C worked well, as did the shower. Would have liked paper towels or a kitchen towel provided but all in all, it served the purpose we booked. Airport driver was extremely helpful and friendly!
