The apartment is at the 4th floor of the building. Please note that although there is an elevator, it only operates up to the 3rd floor. Guests should use the stairs to access the apartment from this level.

You will receive lockbox codes one day before your arrival.

Other things to note
If a guest leaves the key inside the lock from the inside and access cannot be gained using a spare key, a locksmith will need to be called. In such cases, the cost of the locksmith service will be the responsibility of the guest.
We kindly ask all guests to avoid leaving the key in the interior side of the lock to prevent this situation.
