Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Disliked: Communication
False advertising on property as there is no pool. Also first photo in advertisement is misleading as it's not located in an upscale shopping area, but down a dirty alley covered with graffiti. Also slow and difficult communication as they didn't send us our check-in information until 3 days into our stay. The room was spacious and clean and spacious though.
