Where do I begin? Let’s start with what was wrong with the hotel…. All the elevators were out of order except one but that one sounded like it was ready to stop working any second. All the ice machines were out of order except the one on the 2nd floor, nothing for the breakfast worked except the waffle maker, the hall way lights didn’t work for some of the hall ways, some of the ceilings looked to have some issues, the pool was also out of order but was told that the pool was seasonal and we have already be in summer for over a month…. the front desk manager staff was extremely rude when we brought up the issues with the rooms and other amenities with them saying “ we keep the hotel to the BEST WESTERN STANDARD.” also clearly lies when it said that this hotel was newly renovated… by a 1st grader maybe and paid with candy or crayons. now for the rooms. The first room we were put in was room 413 and the bed was bad. You sit on the bed and you instantly flop to the bottom of the mattress and feel the springs LITERALLY go up you butt nothing in the room looked wiped down, the bathroom was filthy, the seat in the room was mysteriously wet with dark stains , they moved us the second room, room 514 the bed was really bad still but not as bad as the first room, the bathroom tub would not drain with the plug all the way up, the sink was missing the plug, there was nasty gunk caked on the bathroom floor, the bathtub faucet was detached from the tub, and the floors were sticky.
