Cabbagetown Charmer, Walk to so much in Atlanta & FIFA WORLD CUP

  • Fully furnished 2 bedroom with comfy queen beds & 2 full bathrooms within a shotgun-style home in Historic Cabbagetown Neighborhood District of Atlanta. Reviews on other sites state that there is more space in the Home than was expected from photos. Home is filled with my personal art from over a decade of living here. FIFA World Cup games 1.5mi away at Mercedes Benz Stadium. DragonCon events are 1.5 miles away.
    Walk or bike to the world famous Beltline, The Eastern music venue & plenty of exciting destinations including nearby bodegas, restaurants, bars. Electric scooters/bikes nearby.
    Cabbagetown Park only a block up the street.
    East Atlanta Village, Old 4th Ward, Little 5 Points, Inman Park, Grant Park, all surround Cabbagetown! (1.6 miles East of Downtown Atlanta State Capitol etc).

    2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, & extra Queen mattress if needed.
    Renovated Kitchen & Baths.
    Fun fenced in yard to hangout.
