"This is a brand new property, and very nice. Everything worked perfectly, lots of nice snacks and coffee provided, and plenty of towels, dishes, cups, cooking supplies, etc. There are 4 nice bedrooms, and three bathrooms, with one bedroom and bathroom upstairs, though be advised the upstairs bedroom is a loft bedroom so it's open to downstairs noise. It was easy walking distance to Mercedes Benz stadium and downtown, though the neighborhood around is rough so you might want to drive or Uber to your destination."

"Host was very nice and communicative. While renovated, it has some flaws with it being an older home. None to stray away from the comfortability of it. The AC had issues cooling the house down so be aware during warmer months but there were plenty of fans stashed around. The home provided all necessities and utilities needed for a stay. Would recommend!"

"Wonderful location. Beautiful city view! As a solo traveler I felt safe and cared for from the front desk, Drawbar staff, the Cafe and Valet who held my bags when I checked out. My only slight disappointment was there is no pool but everything else was truly elite."

"There was a bit of an ant problem around the entrance. Not a huge problem, but there wasn't much I could do to get rid of them because I have a severe ant allergy. Otherwise, it was really great. It looks more spacious in person than advertised."
