we were placed right by the front entrance and heard talking from the front desk & the elevator chimes all night. also, the door struggled to lock fully. bed was comfortable and staff was mostly friendly

This hotel was very clean, recently renovated i didnt have any issues. The staff was great check in and check out was good. I loved the fact that its a locked establishment they have to let you in each time which is good because it makes sure everybody thats there is supposed to be there. My room looked Exactly like the pictures and i will definitely stay again when i visit Georgia.

Room and cleanliness is good; I did not encounter too much noise other than a regular public place. Check in was breezy. Please, inform your staff that a service dog ID is not an official or legal service dog identification; they still accepted me and my dog, but i always keep my doctors letter on hand.legally they can only ask what task does the dog perform and do I have a disability. Other than that, amazing stay and would recommend

Nice rooms, no blow dryers.

Newly remodeled rooms. Still doing main area renovations. At the time of this review, they did not offer breakfast. The rooms had a small refrigerator and microwave, however, there were no blow dryers in the room or available at the front desk. They provide a small soap, lotion and "conditioning" shampoo, so if you require better conditioner for your hair, you will need to bring your own.

The room was updated, clean and had luxury touches. The bed was comfy. There was no place to hang garments, and no place in the very nice shower to place toiletries. The price was quite reasonable and the location was perfect to take an early morning flight out of Atlanta. I will return!
