When I arrived the front desk employee was sitting over in the area that guest would sit it. Didn’t greet me with Welcome, Welcome to the Double Tree hotel or hello. I said Hello how are you doing and the employee just said “last name of the reservation” and “i need and ID and card for damages”. Never in my experience of hotels have i had a greeting like that. I could not sleep all night because there was a noise going on above me as if it was someone dragging furniture or a machine being operated and going back and forth over the floor. The checkout was the same with another employee. I wont be staying here again

If you reserve a room don’t plan on getting what you reserve even if you are a Hilton honors member. The property was run down the toilet seat was peeling the three hours that I was there to sleep and pay 24 dollars extra for parking I could not sleep due to the air conditioning sounding like a broken ice machine the entire time and keeping me up. I was very disappointed in my stay.

I liked the welcome from the staff after arriving. I chuckled, because the two members were so eager to serve at the same time. Really liked the hot cookie I was offered after checking in. Room was very cleaned, and it was so quiet I was able to get some good sleep. Thx u!

I made several attempts to contact the hotel about how their shuttle to the airport worked and I never received a response. It was confusing at the airport as to where I needed to go to meet the shuttle.

The property needed cleaning, the staff knew nothing every time you asked a staff member a question they never knew the answer, how in the world does one quest get a breakfast ticket and no one else in your party received one makes no sense, the room smelled, very musty the couches had holes ripped, carpet dirty had to run the hot water for 20 minutes before it was hot reception had no keys to get bottle water, man I can go on and on, terrible terrible hotel

The rook I had reserved wasn’t available, okay…. I asked that whatever room I was given was quiet/away from the action. My room… directly across from the elevator. No warm cookie offered at check in. Came down at 9:20 for the 9:30 shuttle, waited about 10 minutes and ordered an uber. The hotel could use an updating. The outdoor pool was green😬

Was very disappointed with this stay-no hot water when I arrived at night and when I went to leave to go to work the next morning still no hot water. They changed the menu no vegetarian option at all when they had a great option when I stayed here in May. Also dirty washcloths were left in the tub.
