This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was completely understaffed, and the staff at the front desk was the opposite of helpful. The elevators didn't work, the pool was closed, and there was no room service as advertised. Housekeeping came in the first day, and took pillows off our bed. When I called the front desk to ask for them back, they said "there is a pillow down here in the closet. You can come get it". On our night we tried to order room service. We called down 5 times with no answer. The front desk finally answered, and then put me on hold for 15 minutes until I hung up. When my husband went downstairs, the bartender had two tables and said they were not doing room service because they were understaffed. There was no front desk person at the desk, and a huge line of people were waiting to check in. There are also no refrigerators or microwaves at this hotel, and there is no warning about that. For a Hilton and almost $600 for three nights.....We were extremely disappointed by this experience. I would never stay here again.
