This corner unit directly overlooks Atlanta's main artery. The area is safe, well traveled, and has City Ambassadors conveniently positioned to help and guide.

All of the Downtown attractions are just a few minutes walking distance, including the Georgia Aquarium , World of Coca Cola, CNN, Centennial Olympic Park, State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, and Mercedes Benz Stadium. The condo is also one block from the Apparel and Merchandise Markets.

Regarding parking - there is a paid parking lot located directly next to the building @ 17 BAKER ST NW. Rates range anywhere from $15-$25/day depending on how busy downtown is.

If you don't mind walking 3 blocks, there is a slightly cheaper and more secure parking garage, with nightly rates around $12 I think.

Doors have been broken through. Hand rail in shower is broken. The whole place was overall 3 stars. It did what we needed it to. I enjoyed not having to do any check out duties.

place was nice enough. luckily i didnt have to deal with the parking. i did not love going down to street level to smoke a ciggarette with the honeless people though. i bet i bummed more out than i smoked. but i made sure to not smoke in room or balcony. i would stay there again.

The condo was beautiful and clean, communication was great, and it was a quick walk to the conference complex. It was great to have a quiet homey place to come back to after a long day, and the balcony was great for morning coffee.

The property had historic charm. I loved it! The area was a bit off putting for those who may not be used to downtown living. I had to pay for parking and it was not included, but overall the trip was amazing. The host very communicative as well.

This condo matched listed pictures. It is a little older, but has character and is tastefully decorated in my opinion. Simple and clean. Great place to relax. If you’re looking outside the hotel box in downtown Atl, you cannot beat this location. The concierge and other guests at the bldg were friendly and very professional. The only drawback for us, was the crazy amount of high grade marijuana smell in the bldg. It was actually pervasive in the no-smoking unit we rented. Can’t hold the owner responsible for that though. Other people doing what they choose.

Booked this VRBO to check out the Aquarium/World of Coca Cola/The Hawks game at the State Farm Arena, all within walking distance! Paid $40 for 3 days of parking, absolutely amazing stay! There’s plenty of restaurants again within walking distance, the condo itself was clean and had everything you would need! The balcony was our favorite spot! Highly recommend this place if you’re down to walk around town and check out some sites!

Very cute condo with charm. Clean. Convenient area with parking near. There were people on the street below “hoopin & hollerin” most of night until after 2 am, but it was a Friday when we stayed. That would be my only complaint, no fault of the property owners. I would stay again

This condo is terribly dated. Holes in doors covered by paper. Air conditioner in bedroom not working. Bathtub wouldn't fill. Freezer yucky.

The location was great…property host good. The condo is old and needs many repairs. Could not sit at table and chairs since the chairs were wobbly and one had a broken rung. Air conditioner in living room didn’t work. 3 out of 4 bulbs in ceiling fan out or missing, 2 out in bathroom. Door in bedroom broken (like it was punched). Deck furniture broken and holes in the screens. Be careful of cold water as it ran burning hot.

I did not thoroughly enjoy my stay as it is very uncomfortable as far as adjusting the temperature. I could not sleep there after the first night . I stayed somewhere else for the last 2 nights. Because i was freezing. Each time i attempted to message the host, it was an error. Concierge was nice. The freezer needed to ne defrosted and looked disgusting to me. As well as the storage closet that the fridge is in. And i hate dirty vent registers the one in the bath made me want to hurl and that may jist be a me thing. I would never recommend it.

The property itself is pretty good. Everything is clean and as described on the listing. My issue, however, is with the property manager. The initial check-in was fine. The wifi in the place was down, so we had to call the property manager. He responded quickly and did everything needed to check us in. We had a few issues with the property, so we messaged the property manager. He responded immediately each and every time and we agreed on a refund amount. He said he would send the refund the same day. A few days after check-out, he messaged me and said my claims of malfunctioning items were false and implied that I was ignorant. This obviously upset me and I responded as politely as possible. It has been a month now, and he has not responded. He just sent the refund this morning, only after I got in contact with three different vrbo customer support agents, who all emailed him. Absolutely unprofessional host who will do anything to save a few pennies. The property was nice, but the host was immature.
