Staying here was an extremely disappointing experience. I called a few days earlier to get details about my reservation and they were unprofessional and unhelpful from the very start. I arrived from the airport to my hotel and they said there was a problem with Expedia and couldn’t let me in the room unless I paid for it again so I had to pay AGAIN using my credit card. This was why I called a few days early, to make sure that there was no issues but instead I was double charged. I was told the issue could be solved the next morning when the general manager came in. Surprisingly, my whole 3 day stay the issue was not solved and I never once even saw the manager! The room looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. It was dirty, walls were peeling, the sofa was wet, the sheets were not cleaned, toilet was not flushing properly. The breakfast was cold and undercooked. For 3 days they served the exact same breakfast. No vegetarian options. No halal options. No vegan options. Looked like the meat from the previous days was just reheated each morning. Then I asked for my room to be cleaned on the second day of my stay but he told me the cleaners had already left??? Mid day? I didn’t question it and front desk wrote down my room number to have my room cleaned the next day. The next day, nobody came to clean my room. Basically my whole stay nobody cleaned the room, refreshed the towels or toilet paper, changed the sheets, or even ASKED a single time if there was anything I needed.
