Located just south of Downtown Atlanta, Castleberry Hill is a vibrant, artistic, and historic urban community. Known for its early 20th-century warehouse buildings—many converted into lofts—the neighborhood combines historic charm with modern city living. A culturally diverse and growing area, Castleberry Hill is now thriving with retail shops, restaurants, apartments, and condos, all within walking distance of downtown’s attractions.
The neighborhood is rich in history: the streets and buildings were shaped by the railway and Atlanta’s first horse-drawn trolley line, and Castleberry Hill supported much of Atlanta’s post-Civil War growth. Recognized on the National Register of Historic Places and Atlanta’s eighth Landmark District, the area represents the most complete surviving warehouse district in the city.

Self Check-In Made Easy
Guests can enter the building through the front entry or rear garage doors, each equipped with a smart keypad. You’ll receive a unique code that works on all exterior doors, including the garage, and a separate auto-generated code for your condo unit, valid for the entire duration of your stay. Access is managed through Point Central Software for a secure and seamless experience.
Soft winter light settles across the tall windows, giving the loft a calm, grounded atmosphere as the city moves quietly outside. You might start the morning with a warm drink at the dining table while the skyline rises beyond the glass, then return after an evening event to a space that feels both connected to downtown and comfortably apart from it. The building’s shared rooftop lounge offers a place to take in crisp seasonal air and expansive views before heading back inside to unwind.
Sleeping arrangements
This loft accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite full bath, offering a private retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom functions as a semi-private bonus sleeping space with an attached half bath and no door, giving additional guests a defined but open area to settle in. Three beds are provided, matching the home’s intended capacity and layout.

The kitchen is designed for easy daily routines, whether you are preparing a quick breakfast before exploring the city or gathering for a relaxed evening meal. An open layout and center island create a natural flow between cooking and conversation. Professional-grade appliances support simple or more involved meal preparation, and the dining table anchors the space for shared moments.
Living areas
Reclaimed flooring, brick accents, and carefully considered furnishings give the loft a cohesive, lived-in feel. The living area invites quiet downtime with a comfortable sofa and TV, while central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain an even climate through Atlanta’s cooler months. A dedicated workspace and WiFi make longer stays or remote work easy to manage.
Outdoor and shared spaces
The building offers elevator access and smart-lock self check-in. Guests can enjoy shared areas including a rooftop lounge with broad city views, plus a shared patio or balcony and an electric BBQ grill. These spaces offer a shift of perspective between activities, whether stepping out for a brief break or taking in the skyline before heading to nearby venues.
Everyday comfort
In-unit laundry and bathroom essentials support extended stays, and optional housekeeping is available at additional cost. Exterior security cameras monitor common areas, elevators, and building entry points, with no cameras inside the condo. Parking is straightforward with one free garage space on the premises and free street parking nearby.

You’re just 3 blocks from the CNN Center MARTA Station and 10 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Uber rides are always under 5 minutes and very reasonably priced, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.

The Otis is more than just another Atlanta building. Located in the neighborhoods main entertainment corridor, It’s a new living space that offers a mix of history and modern style, all thanks to the special touch of one of the community’s former residents — designer turned television star Ty Pennington. Pennington, an ATL native and graduate of Atlanta College of Art, is best known for his work on the original Trading Spaces and ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Almost every piece of artwork in The Otis – not only in the spaces but also inside the gallery (which is the common areas) – is custom work by Ty Pennington. The Otis is named for an elevator manufacturer that once operated on the site. The preserved façade still carries the company’s logo.

Parking: The rental includes one space in the covered and secured garage. The garage has a 7' height restriction. Free public parking is available in front and behind the building. Extra parking spaces can be purchased by request by request, if available.
