Great location close to several restaurants and plenty of stores nearby as well. The hotel had been well maintained and the staff were excellent. Also appreciated the snacks and drinks that were available to purchase in the lobby. Extremely well priced and decent selection

I had an issue booking the room that required making two separate reservations for one room. When I got there they were very accommodating, making the reservation cover both days without having to check out and back in. The Room was very clean and quiet during the night. The Parking Lot was well lit with easy access. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The breakfast nook was a very nice treat.

4/10 Poor

We only stayed one night while visiting a family member and we did not expect any frills. The overall cleanliness and location was okay but we had issues with our room. The ac was on but the room still had humidity so closet and bathroom doors did not close properly. Toliet seat was broken, the TV volume kept going out, and water had been left in the ice bucket from previous guest. We arrived late and didn’t want to hassle with changing rooms at the point. At least the bed was comfortable enough.

I recently stayed here at the Sleep Inn & Suites Hiram - Atlanta Northwest hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were comfortable and the property was notably quiet, which made for restful nights. The hotel overall was clean, and breakfast exceeded my expectations—very good and a solid start to the day. The only downside I encountered was an occasional odd odor in the hall, which was a minor distraction. Despite that, the stay was enjoyable and I would consider returning.
