Welcome home to this lovely freshly renovated, 3 BR 2.5 BA home. Our home is clean, warm and inviting and is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The beautiful mature oaks and magnolias surrounding the home create a serene and private environment for you to enjoy. The location is 4miles to Historic Roswell with its lovely restaurants, shops and wedding venues. Nearby you can explore the Chattahoochee Nature Center, Vickery Creek Falls and the Big Creek Greenway.

The space
This home is perfect for hosting bridal parties, wedding guests, family and friends as it is located near many Roswell wedding venues.

The Master bedroom has a king bed, a chair to relax, luxurious en-suite full bathroom with shower and soaking tub, a large walk-in closet, dedicated work space and smart TV. It also has a queen air mattress available as well as a crib for your little one.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and smart TV

The third bedroom has a queen bed, closet, dedicated work space and smart TV

The upstairs hall bathroom is a full bathroom with bathtub and shower with inbuilt Bluetooth speakers.

There is a powder room/ guest half bathroom downstairs with an inbuilt Bluetooth speaker

All bedrooms provide accommodations for up to 8 guests.

Watch your favorite streaming service on the 55" 4k TV w/ Roku in the main living room or in the family room. Just bring your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, or other log-in information.

Prepare and enjoy a family meal in our spacious, well-equipped kitchen. The open-concept kitchen includes high quality appliances including an electric stove and oven, dish washer, microwave, and spacious peek-a-boo refrigerator and freezer. Essential cookware, bakeware, small appliances (Keurig coffee maker, rice maker with steamer, toaster, Sandwich maker, Nutribullet blender, and air fryer).

The main dining area has a table with seating for 4 and additional seating for 4 at the gorgeous kitchen island.

A laundry room is available with washer, dryer, Iron, ironing board, laundry basket, and laundry detergent provided..

Cozy up around the firepit on the back deck and enjoy the serenity of the back yard where you will see an occasional deer in the woods.

There is enough space on the long driveway to park multiple cars.

This was arguably one of our best VRBO stays we’ve ever experienced in our years of travel. Not only was the home in beautiful condition, the hosts seemed to make us feel like family during our 4 days and nights. The home is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, it’s just as described. It’s about 9-12 mins off the freeways, it’s about 5-7 mins to a Publix that has a great bakery and hot food bar. Plus there’s a Skyzone trampoline park in the same location to help kids and teens burn off some energy. For a pro-tip we’d recommend the Kabul Kabob across the street for some healthy Afghan meals cooked by a gratuitous family. About 9 mins the opposite direction will bring you to the North Point Mall that’s very family friendly. Think child play areas built throughout for the little ones to run thru while the parents enjoy a coffee and Wi-Fi. There’s a train, a carousel, and a movie theater on site along with great meal options. All this plus a beautifully clean and spacious home to come back to with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and relax. If you happen to check-in during the late afternoon you might even be treated to the deer family that visits the backyard along the creek bed. Again all this along with the great hosts and how lovely this home was, make it one of our favorite stays ever. Book it while you can, you won’t be disappointed.

The home was cozy and very accommodating. It had everything we needed and more and was very child friendly. The kitchen area was fully stocked and a perfect gathering place to cook, eat, and even watch the game. We plan to come back when we are in the area again.

The house had plenty of room, nicely decorated and very clean. It was conveniently located and in a very nice neighborhood. The owner provided a crib, high chair and toys for my 2 yr old grandson. We enjoyed our stay very much and thank you!

We picked this place because we were meeting family from NC to attend a Braves game. Is was a short drive to the stadium. There is also a large shopping cented less than 5 mins away.

Nice property. Well appointed. Clean. Coffee bar was a special treat. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Good set up for families. Well supplied - even had battery operated lanterns and candles that were appreciated when a summer storm blew through and took out our power for a couple of hours. Of note: The game room is in an un-airconditioned garage that was not usable in hot Atlanta summer temps. Would be a nice feature if temps were more comfortable. Dining seating is all high-top stools that may be challenging for some elderly folks. Overall enjoyed our stay and were quite comfortable.

Absolutely AMAZING! I would 10/10 Book this place again over and over.

This place was supplied with everything that you need or wanted, with extra supplies. I was staying for my daughters wedding and I couldn’t have had any other place as comfortable and roomy to keep my stress level down. It was 3 minutes from the Country Club where the reception was and maybe 5 minutes to the Grooms parents house. I wanted to cry having to leave! Thank ya’ll so much for having us and providing a fabulous place.

Great location

We were in town for All Star Week. House is 20-30 minutes to Braves ballpark in a quiet, safe neighborhood located near grocery, shops, and restaurants. We appreciated all of the supplies not often found in other rentals. The cold water was especially great as we checked in late after a game. We couldn’t access the Internet when we arrived but the owners were responsive. Please note that the game room is in the garage and not climate controlled so definitely wouldn’t have been usable during our stay. Hot! If you had a family or more, that means you would have only the one family room area.

Family stay for wedding in Roswell

House with amenities exactly as listed. We went to a wedding at Naylor Hall - the house was about a 15 minute drive. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Ironing board, steamer and Aerobed were appreciated.

Fantastic place with caring hosts!

This property is within a quiet neighborhood in a great area. The home had everything we needed and more. We attended a gala while in town, and the home even had a steamer to prepare our clothes. The Bluetooth speakers in the showers were super fun. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The hosts checked in to make sure all was going well. They even sent my son’s learners permit to us through the mail after finding that it had been left behind. Don’t hesitate to book this property. We loved it! .

Great locstion

Had a lovely stay in a omfortsble house with comfy beds. True to photos-not a huge home but large enough for 4-6 adults. Seating enough for 3 in kitchen and four in dining. Just need a large pan in kitchen for cooking breakfast for more than two and would be nice to have more glasses and plates. I rated the cleanliness a 4 because all was spotless except the 2nd bath upstairs. I let the owners know. I would stay here again.

Sibling Getaway

Our recent stay at this VRBO property was a blend of delight and some disappointment. The property itself was a gem—beautiful, well-located, & filled with thoughtful touches like labeled cabinets, bluetooth speaker in the bathroom, deep soaking tub, & comfortable bedding. The interior provided a comforting setting for our sibling getaway, offering solace through shared laughter during a challenging time of loss. However, our excitement was tempered when we discovered the "do not use" sign on the hot tub, a significant amenity we had considered when choosing this property. Similarly, the game room, another primary factor in our decision, turned out to be located in an uncontrolled-temperature garage, rendering it uncomfortably cold. Despite our attempts to warm the space, it remained chilly, impacting our enjoyment. Upon reaching out to the host, we learned that the hot tub was out of order, a detail we were not informed about due to the timing of our booking. The mgr. was apologetic & assured us they would review their advertising for clarity. Our suggestion to fellow travelers is to verify crucial amenities directly with the mgr. before booking to avoid potential disappointments. Despite these setbacks, the property served as a picturesque backdrop for our retreat, emphasizing family bonding over the inconveniences. This review is intended to provide constructive feedback for both the mgr. & prospective guests, fostering a more transparent & enjoyable booking experience.

Clean, comfortable family-friendly home

We came to Atlanta as a family to attend a wedding. We knew that a hotel would not give us the gathering space we desired so that we could be together. This home was updated, well appointed, and brimming with hospitality. The third bathroom was so helpful when getting ready for different events. We loved cooking breakfast in the kitchen and eating together and watching movies at night. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and there were tvs in each bedroom. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood very close driving to local shops, restaurants and parks. And, best of all, the owners were accessible, helpful and gracious to communicate with.

A home away from home

This beautiful property was the perfect spot for my family to cozy up to for our night in the area. The personal touches made it feel just like our own home—bottled water, granola bars, blankets everywhere (my fave!), and delightfully comfortable beds! Don and Joan put a lot of thought into their home and it was a wonderful stay. Thanks for a great game room too!
