"The Starling was a beautifully decorated hotel. The accessibility to Colony Square and other popular Atlanta stops was great. The spa was great, but was looking for a more welcoming vibe from front desk staff. It was bummer that the valet staff couldn’t give us any information about the parking garage compared to valet if we didn’t plan on leaving and the water damage to our room was pretty clear in the bathroom and the sprinkler system outside of our door. Outside of that, we had a great stay! "

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The first night, the Wi-Fi worked fine, but for the remaining three nights it kept going in and out, making it impossible for me to work on Friday. I had to leave the hotel just to get reliable internet. The room was very outdated—the bench in the bedroom was taped up instead of being properly replaced. The toilet clogged repeatedly, and I had to request a plunger. The elevator barely worked; maintenance had to bang on it just to get the doors open, so I ended up taking the stairs to my room every day. On the first night, the TV in the front area didn’t work and had to be replaced. The complimentary breakfast was also very disappointing. Additionally, there were no safety locks on the room doors like you would expect at a standard hotel. Overall, I would not stay at this location again. There were also too many homeless individuals and people using drugs around the area, which made the environment feel unsafe. "

"Excellent location near the Congress Centre and a variety of restaurants/bars. Staff was friendly and helpful, and seem to genuinely enjoy being there. Rooms are very clean and quiet and all the common areas are clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Atlanta"

"The room was very spacious and clean. We had a pretty great view of centennial park. The breakfast is also pretty good for being free. Parking is a little pricey for what I'm used to but seems to be average for the area. It's a great location and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance."

"The staff were very courteous and helpful. My accommodations were clean and well maintained. The bar was nice as was the live DJ on Friday. I enjoyed my meals and had an overall great stay. Brittany was great as she checked me in on Thursday night as I arrived late. Marlo was a dream as well. Thanks guys!!"
