Wonderful Stay

The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and location convenient to beach and other local places. Pet friendly and nice clean pool. Will definitely be staying here again.

This reminds me of Tom Bodet's old radio commercials for Motel 6, advertising "a clean, comfortable room", which is what this is. No frills, though some advertising mentions a "full size refrigerator" (no, it's typical hotel size), hinting the room is suitable for food prep. It definitely is not, though it does strangely includes a table service for ONE! My wife says it didn't feel we were really at the beach, because the facility is right off the main drag, blocks away from the sand. But these are good people hosting, seemingly well intentioned. And our experience really wasn't terrible...just a little bland compared to other beach vacations.

Better suited to 1 person, there was only 1 chair, 1 set of utensils, 1 plate and one bowl. Furniture was very old, dirty and worn and the access to the beach was over one block and down 3 blocks, so the "3 blocks" to the beach in the ad is misleading. Light bulbs were out or flickering and the 1 accessible outlet only had one plug available, the other was burnt. Clearly the place is just trying to make money and nothing else.
